Free Vaccines for Life Plan

We believe it is important for every pet to have a physical examination at least once per year.
So here's an incentive to get your pets in to the veterinarian for their yearly check-up:
free vaccinations for the life of your pet!

There is a one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee to start the program. Each enrollment fee will cover one pet. You may enroll as many pets as you like, but the program is not transferable to any other animals or client. Nor will it be honored by any other animal hospitals.

The fee is $69.00 per pet (you will start saving on your first visit). Enrollment fees are offered at this price for a limited time.

Simply return once per year for your pet's annual physical examination by the veterinarian, and any vaccinations for which he or she is due will be given absolutely free of charge. You will be responsible for the annual physical examination fee at that time.

Depending on what you currently pay for vaccines, the age of your pet at enrollment, and its vaccine schedule, the plan will provide substantial savings.

The free vaccines include:

Canine
• Annual or Triennial Rabies
• Annual or Triennial DA2PP
(Distemper, Adenovirus 2, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza)
• Leptospirosis
• Bordetella
• Puppy Boosters

Feline
• Annual Rabies
• Annual or Triennial FVRCP
(Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia)
• Annual or Triennial FeLV
(Feline Leukemia)
• Kitten Boosters

Other services and products received or purchased at the time of the exam/visit are NOT free and are at an additional cost to the doctor exam fee. These additional costs include services and products such as heartworm tests, fecal examinations, de-worming, flea treatments, heartworm prevention and feline leukemia tests.

While a doctor exam is only required once a year to keep enrollment current, we recommend exams for puppies and kittens under 4 months of age every 2-3 weeks. The doctor recommends (not required for Free Vaccines for Life Plan) exams every 6 months for all pets, especially pets 6 years and over.

Q: If I purchase the program from you, can I use it at any other veterinarian?
A: No, the Free Vaccines for Life Program is exclusively offered at Animal Health & Healing Center.

Q: If I have more than one animal, do I get a discount on any other animals?
A: No, we do not offer any discounts to go along with this program, it is a onetime fee per pet, per owner.

Q: Can I transfer the policy to another pet?
A: No, the policy is for one pet.

Q: If my pet dies or runs away shortly after purchasing the policy, can I get a refund?
A: No, we do not give refunds after purchase for any reason.

Q: If I give my pet away, will the new owner be able to use the policy?
A: No. If you give your pet away then the new owners will have to purchase their own policy.

Q: What happens if I do not make it in to see the doctor before my year passes?
A: If you do not come in to see the doctor within one month of the due date, then your policy becomes void. You will have to purchase any vaccines from that point on, or re-enroll if the plan is still being offered.
I.E. Your pet is due for an exam once yearly and we give a 30 day grace period before your enrollment is void.
